Come and make a craft that is suitable for everyone! We will all start with the same supplies and idea, but everyone’s creations will be unique. This month unleash your inner artist on a small scale with mini canvas painting!

Visit with adoptable cats and kittens at the Library! Whether you’re looking for the newest member of the family or just need some kitty snuggles, drop in to meet our friends from Whiskers TNR.

Bring your friends and family and join us to listen and learn about world cultures!  A different cultural ambassador will present each month.

A fun take-home project available for pick up the first week of each month. Packs come with most of the needed supplies to complete the activity. This month students will make DIY Dog Collars. 

For students in grades 6-12. 

Join us the first early out of each month for a structured activity and snacks. The second early out each month will be for games, coloring, or just hanging out. This month our first early out will be Bingo!

Bring a friend or make new ones at these programs for teens. Try your hand at a different activity each month. This month, we will be doing Teen Self Defense.

Join the Library and Waukee Parks and Recreation staff for fun outdoor crafts, games, and snacks at the Windfield West Apartments from 1:30-3:30 PM.

The Waukee Elementary Photography Club includes students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade who have a passion for capturing moments special to them as well as in the community.
